Shipping Questions

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States with no minimum purchase required. Expedited and next-day shipping options are available at an additional cost.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing (1-2 business days). Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and next-day shipping arrives the following business day if ordered by 12 PM EST.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No, we currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. We only ship to physical addresses within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.

Return Questions

What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for most home products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
Is return shipping free?
Yes! We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States. No restocking fees apply to returns that comply with our policy.
How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically 3-5 business days), we process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

I never received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact our customer service team with your name and the email address used to place the order, and we'll resend the confirmation.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible if your order hasn't been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately to request an address modification. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Are product colors accurate in the photos?
We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations.
